This feature is needed for Self-Help groups (SHGs).
SHGs are usually autonomous - and will have their own rules regarding interest posting dates.
For example: If an SHG meets on every 20th of the month, they may want the interest also to be posted to members on the same day (early morning) and the interest available in their accounts before the meeting starts.
As a first step to support this feature:
a) Add an attribute for savings account product to specify interest posting will be the same as meeting date
b) For such savings accounts, an additional attribute (periodic interest posting day/date) to be internally maintained
c) Add a new button on screen to open a savings account which will inherit the interest posting date from the meeting (similar to the JLG loans button)
d) When the savings account is created - such accounts will interest the group meeting date as the interest posting date.
Interest posting batch job to be modified to post interest on specific dates instead of the beginning of next period (which is the current default)
