Implementation of tooltips throughout the community-app. Tooltips are already implemented in client/group/center and many other places in community-app.
Instructions to add the tooltip: http://angular-ui.github.io/bootstrap/#/tooltip
1. We can replace all status with the status message inside a tooltip in all the data tables and other tables. For reference please check the icons on clients page.
2. We can add tooltips on the icons which are not having content/description beside them.
