During disbursal user should be able to:
- Reduce or increase the amount being disbursed – subject to the conditional that total amount of disbursements do not exceed the sum of approved amount for all tranches
- Change the date of disbursal
- Decide not to disburse one or more of the last tranches (for example: last tranche may be cancelled or last two tranches may be cancelled).
Instead of doing all this from the disbursal screen, once the loan is approved, we could enable the following functionality in the "Loan Tranche Details" tab too.
Edits: Allow user to change date and amount of disbursal
Cancel: Allow user to cancel a planned disbursal
Add: Allow user to Add a new disbursal (date and amount)
There will be validations:
- that the disbursals are date-wise ordered
- that the sum of disbursal amounts cannot exceed approved amount
If a user wants to change the amounts during disbursal - they would have to come to this tab, do all the changes and then click on disburse button to do the next disbursal.
