In Loan Tranche Details page click on Edit button next to 2nd tranche, then delete the 2nd tranche in Edit disbursement details page and submit, then also it is allowing to disburse the 2nd tranche.
Once the 2nd tranche is cancelled then it should not allow to disburse the 2nd tranche.
> If the particular tranche is need to be edited then it should display that tranche details and other tranche details should be read only, (should not allowed to modify)
