Hi, I am Dusmant, testing mifos functionalities in Adhikar. I have made a fee which is default type and applicable to clients "up front". So whenever I create a client and make its status active the fee is applied to the client. The center has the meeting schedule on every 1 week on "monday". the center is created on 13-July(monday). I added new clients on 15-July(Wednesday), so the default fee is applied is on 15-july. on 15 july it show as there is a due of Rs.100/-, but when I apply payment it shows 0.0 on the screen and I am unable to collect the fee on the same day. The default collection day for the fee is set to 20-july automatically.
Can any one suggest how I will collect the fee on any day irrespective of the meeting day for that member. because it is not in case of Disbursements. I am able to disburse loans on any day and able to collect fees associated with loan products on the same day although that is not necessarily the normal meeting day.
