Not sure, but I will say that I got very frustrated while trying to
create a jsvc Tomcat SysV-like control script for a Mifos instance on
ci.mifos.org. jsvc would peg the CPU, fail to stop, or have other
problems, and the control script was very complex. We ended up creating
much simpler control scripts that use stuff in $CATALINA_HOME/bin.
