Currently, active loans in good or bad standing may end up on the loan arrears table if they are in arrears.
With a lateness definition of 0 days GK should only get loans in bad standing (because a different process changes their status first). However, GK does have a couple of entries for loans in good standing. This is an error. The other states that exist (again just a few entries) are also errors. This is what is being tidied up. Afterwards, only loans in bad standing would appear (ever) even if lateness was not zero.
