Hi Kay,

Shamim D will be the new release? Or a patch for a abug fix?

Cheers!

Hi Ed, no they should not be and actually Van is fixing the report so those
loans do not show up in the report. The fix will be included in Shamim D.

Thanks!

Kay

John,

More details on this to come tomorrow but one of our Specialists in
Mozambique encountered an issue with the Branch Progress Report that I think
is related to this.

Should "rescheduled loans" be showing up in the arrears aging table in the
branch progress report?

Miguel was encountering this.

Thanks,

Ed

Currently, active loans in good or bad standing may end up on the loan
arrears table if they are in arrears.

With a lateness definition of 0 days GK should only get loans in bad
standing (because a different process changes their status first). However,
GK does have a couple of entries for loans in good standing. This is an
error.

The other states that exist (again just a few entries) are also errors.
This is what is being tidied up. Afterwards, only loans in bad standing
would appear (ever) even if lateness was not zero.

Hi Naganand,

Thanks for the quick feedback! And that is correct. If you have lateness
definition of 0 days, the table would already not show any loans in good
standing.

However, I believe that loans in some other states are included in this
table currently, such as cancelled loans where the loan was in arrears then
cancelled or rescheduled. With the update, the table will no longer have
these loans as well. John Woodlock, can you confirm what loans are also in
this table right now?

Let us know if that would affect your reporting or does not match what you
expect to see in this table.

Thanks!

Kay

Hi,

Kay, isn't this the case already.

May be as we have set the lateness definition to 0 days, we are not noticing
the difference. But we don't have loans in active in good standing in the
arrears table.
