Hi Geraldine, I'm familiar with some but not all of your questions-- 1. You can use the 'apply adjustment' feature multiple times to remove the last several payments. Then you can apply correct payments back. However, the normal customer meeting schedule restrictions are enforced for making payments, so in practice most cases will require 'redo loan'. I have submitted a patch for removing customer meeting restrictions when LSIM is enabled, so hopefully we will have that in a future version.
4. You can waive fees and penalties on the 'view installment details' page. 5. The 'reverse disbursement' feature can be used at any time while the loan is active. The best way to answer these questions is to try them out on a test server to see what can and cannot be done to make sure you are capturing all the relevant details.
