No the plugin only imports current loan repayments - for example, it
helps you to import loan repayments that have been collected for a day.
You can see in the functional specification what it does.
Please use caution with this feature and test it first.

In a debugger, like the Eclipse debugger running Mifos under Eclipse
WTP (the tomcat plugin) you will be able to see if the plugin class is
loaded - on the classpath.
If you turn up your logging, you can see where the configuration
location is set to, so you can see where the app thinks it is loading
its plugins from.
