Kelechi, Looks like you changed your chart of accounts after running Mifos for the first time. Currently, you cannot delete or edit your chart of accounts after you run Mifos. The only thing you can do is add new accounts into the COA. This is why its pretty vital to get your financial action mappings and chart of accounts completed before starting your actual configuration.
