Gayl, For fee's that you want to collect at time of application, I would charge a client fee instead, since this becomes before the loan (and if its an application fee, that must mean that the client's loan application can fail?).
Currently, it will attach the fee to the client's next meeting schedule but I believe we are working on a feature in the next version of Mifos that will allow you to pay that fee before the scheduled charge (Kay, correct?).
