Hello all,
Just looking at a loan with some transactions. There were two transactions
entered for 11/17 and 11/23 that should up in the Recenty Activity.
When I click on ³View Transaction History², I see those payments listed and
there are two dates listed. ³Date² and ³Date Posted², which are both the
same dates (11/18 and 11/24 respectively).
So the transactions were entered in one day later than the actual
transaction was occurred. Seems to me that transaction date should still
show up (the 11/17 and 11/23) on this page. I tried looking for the
functional spec for this view, but didn¹t find anything on mifos.org.
Thoughts? Should one of those dates be equal to the transaction date or
should we add a new column?
Also, this may be an opportunity for us to nail down the different dates
attached to a transaction and enter some enhancements to get this to sync up
between the UI and database. Quickly, off the top of my head, I see the
following for a loan payment -
Create Date: Date the record was entered into mifos (should be a time stamp)
Due Date: Date the payment was due
Transaction Date: Date the actual transaction was conducted
Receipt Date: Option receipt field with attached date
