Is there any particular reason for this? It seems excessively restrictive.
I would think that 1) this should be configurable functionality, and 2) as
matter of good practice, any configurable functionality should be
configurable at any stage of the setup process.
Someone like me who is configuring the system is not focused on accounting
classifications at the beginning of configuration, and would expect to be
able to change this data as he/she better understands the data and the
requirements of the client.
