We currently don¹t support that fee model, but please do file a request, I
think its a good enhancement.

As for a workaround, I can only think one of two things

One: Since this is a flat fee percentage based on the principal, divide the
percentage by the number of payments and enter that as the amount.  That
might work.

Two: Calculate the amount of 7.5% of the loan principal, divide by the
number of installments and enter that in as a flat weekly fee.

If you only disburse a small discrete set of loan amounts, you could just
make a cheat sheet and/or create a fee that is for the different loan
amounts.
