the script you've shown has "identified by 'mifos';" in it.
in the actual script on the wiki it has 'password' rather than 'mifos'
Have you changed the password for hibuser to mifos?
Other possible reasons for the failure are maybe the hibuser is already
there but currently with not enough access.
It does look like an access problem though which should be fixable.
