to get the ETL running you need to edit the initialise_datawarehouse.bat and
change the hardcoded password from mysql to your one (mifos).
with the mifosbi_users.sql maybe you can pull that in a mysql gui tool like
sql workbench or toad and execute line by line to what works/doesn't work.
