That's the right download.
Did you do a search for the bat file in any directory underneath your
installation directory?
It should be in the same directory as pentaho_mifosbi_1_3_windows
and Pentaho_3.6.0_MySQL_SQL_Pack.
The directory name should be install_mifos_bi_1_3_Windows .
