Stephen was trying to create a new center for Sample Branch Office but wasn't presented with this branch as an option to create the center for. Stephen - as you were suggesting, this is simply a problem of data scope. The user you were logged in in as only had the data scope for the office hierarchy of the APP Sunyani and a user hierarchy data scope of loan officer so that was limited to only creating new centers for that one branch. TH In order for that user to create the new center at another branch, they would need to have a wider data scope - to give that user that data scope, you should log in as admin, modify the user and change the office to the head office (or any office above the branch level) to widen the scope. You must also change their user hierarchy to non-loan officer because loan officer hiearchy only is possible at branch levels. This user should now be able to create a center at that level.
