Hi, I have created a question, and attached this question group to a client's loan. I can enter a series of information for this client under this question group and it will attach the questions with a date to the Clients dash board (Under Question Groups). However when i try to edit the question group that i earlier entered, a new question group is attached to the clients dashboard instead of editing the previous one.
