Hi Everyone, During the last two weeks I was verifying improvements & new features reported in Jira. There were more than 430 tickets and based on the clients requests and my personal opinion, I selected about 230 tickets which should be implemented in the nearest future. As a result of that verification, I created general dashboard for better issues management: http://mifosforge.jira.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10501
Dashboard contains three tables and one pie chart. You can check there: - issues with the highest priority - which issue has the highest number of votes - the number of issues in every component. I also created separate dashboards for every organization, so it would be easier to track which issues are important for every organization. These dashboards are using labels of every organization to display the correct tickets. So, if ticket is important for your organization, then you should add proper label of your organization. Another way of making the ticket more important is to add votes to it. On general dashboard there is a table which show the tickets sorted by the number of votes. Tickets with the highest number of votes would be implemented at first. Yesterday, I lowered the priority of about 200 tickets (from those 420) to 'Trivial' because it was the only way to not display them on the general dashboard, so that, only selected 230 tickets are now displayed. But if any of those tickets is more important for your organization, then of course you can raise its priority, add organization label and vote for it.
