The need to round Mifos up (i.e. configure the number of of digits before
decimal in which to round up) has come up on two different threads.
Ryan suggested to simply set the digits after decimal setting to a negative
number. I discussed this with Kay and she confirmed that this would
probably work but it wasn't a scenrio that had been fully tested.
Would you be able to try testing this and a couple other scenarios out to
see what occurs when rounding up in Mifos. Our configuration guide only
states that this setting has a range of 0 to 5 so I would like to confirm
of the true behavior and if it doesn't work, log an enhancement request.
