Safik,
You need to place this file in the MIFOS_CONF folder which you may have created
while configuring Mifos. This is the same folder which has your Mifos DB
details ( local.properties ) file and the custom application configuration file.
In case you want to modify some of the default Mifos configurations like
Currency, rounding modes, interest calculation decimal digits, working day and
other such configuration, you can make a copy of the file and place in the same
Mifos_conf folder with the changes.
