The fifth milestone release is now available for download. This release
includes more of the functionality behind automated penalties and in
progress fixes for the Month Closing Feature (
http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-5370), additional mobile pages and
the dynamic site preference switcher.

- MIFOS-5383 - Ability to configure, edit and remove penalty in the
loan definition screen
- MIFOS-5110 - Ability to use the Flat method for interest calculation
when creating 'variable installment' loans
- MIFOS-5423 - Showing added penalties to the product during the
account creation
- MIFOS-5425 - Adding penalties from loan product to loan account
- MIFOS-5418 - Removed percentage fee is still displayed on Individual
Schedule (GLIM)
- MIFOS-5072 - It is possible to disburse Loan during the defined holiday
