Currently, this import functionality allows only to automatically create
clients in Mifos, but yes, it can be extended to capture also Question
Groups.

offline device like a tablet (to save from having to transcribe many

They will send along requirements of which fields need to be imported
in but I wanted to discuss extending this import tool to work with
