I am still trying to reproduce issue that you described but I am not able to. I noticed that you are using *Jetty 7.6.4.v20120524* and also *java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.0.x86_64*. It would be good if you change Jetty *7.6.4* to recomended version *7.3.x* (http://archive.eclipse.org/jetty/7.3.1.v20110307/dist/) and also replace *openjdk* with *Oracle/Sun Java-6* (*sun-java6-jdk*).

Let me know if issue still occurs after changing Jetty and Java.

    Hi all

    First let me introduce my self, i am khaled from enda ia IT

    Tunisia, i am in charge of admin of linux sys/servers, test and

    of new mifos versions ...

    last week we start our tests of the last mifos version 2.4, we
    succeed
    the DB upgrade but we cannot get the mifos home page after entering
    username + pwd, under firefox the page still plank on the path
    http://mifospath/home.ftl and under IE9 still blank under
    http://mifospath//j_spring_security_check
    <http://mifospath//j_spring_security_check>.

    from jetty logs it seems like a problem with URL encoding but i am
    not
    sure and i dont know how can i resolve it, plz any one have an idea
    about this issue?
