Nayan,
If you want the breadcrumb to actually show the 'hierarchy' of the client
within the organisation then you would got with option 2. Thats a pretty
useful breadcrumb to have although you have the problem that the client
might be a member of more than one group.
If you want the breadcrumb to actually show the journey of the user through
the application then you would go with option 1. How useful it is i am not
sure. As a user I know I can always just go back up to top level search or
'clients search' which should always available to me.
