Ed,

Most browsers do support setting the Layout, Margins and properties like
removing header footer etc even while directly printing a HTML page which
should be sufficient for simple documents like Loan Agreements etc.

Also, you can save reports as a PDF (browsers like chrome can do this out
of the box, other browsers have plugins etc), after which, as you say
PDFReader etc would give you many more options for printing.
