Is there an action to simply create a new loan account in Mifos X or is
this action only available once you're at a certain level (i.e. on a client
or on a group)?
I ask because I didn't know if it was possible to put in a quick link (like
in Mifos 2.x for creating a new account)
In Mifos Dash, I noticed Group Loan Acc and New JLG Loan and New Client
Loan Acc all pop up as recent activities but they don't show up in the list
of available activities as you're typing them out.
