If you create a loan either it need to be associated with client or group,
if quick link is added to create a loan account then first user need to
select a client or group and then loan product need to be associated to
create loan account as per loan product definition.
the one quick link appearing in recent/frequent activities, on click it
creates loan for the same client/group and one can't change the
client/group selected.
Yes, we can build quick link for loan but has to follow the work-flow
"create loan" > "select client/group" > "select product"
