We are happy to announce the first release based on *Apache Fineract*
migrated code.
Going forward, platform enhancements should be done on top of
*http://github.com/apache/incubator-fineract
<http://github.com/apache/incubator-fineract>* and
only reporting related enhancements on top of
*http://github.com/openmf/incubator-fineract
<http://github.com/openmf/incubator-fineract>*.
*http://github.com/openmf/community-app
<http://github.com/openmf/community-app>* is already migrated to use the
new /fineract-provider/ root context and
Enhancements here can continue as earlier.
*Platform & API*
- Rename all Mifos related resources to Apache Fineract
- Change all source files to use Apache License, Version 2
- Replace incompatible dependencies
- Switch to Java 8
- Moved JDBC driver related information to property file
Bugs:
- [MifosX-2400] - If loan repayment is done on time the overdue charge
applied should get collected as Principal only
- [MifosX-2516] - For equal principal payments loans with Floating rates,
on late repayment interest calculation is not proper
*Community-App*
Code changes to use /fineract-provider root context on APIs and
Fineract-Platform-TenantId as request header to identify tenant.
Bugs
- [MifosX-2317] - Popup with wrong header text 'Approve' on instead of
'Reject'
- [MifosX-2522] - If a user has “create client” permission, but doesn’t
have “activate client” permission, he/she can still activate the
client while
creating a client using ACTIVE check box
- [MifosX-2295] - Transactions are not arranging in order in Loan
transactions page for periodic accruals
- [MifosX-2323] - Usability improvement in Provisioning
- [MifosX-2482] - Can not create loan products when program language is not
English
