Hello,
I have installed Mifos on a computer that is running Windows 10. When I first
finished the installation I was able to run the program by following the
directions at this link

Now, when I go to "C:\tomcat\bin" folder, run "startup.bat" by clicking it the
server starts. But when I go to access through the internet using
https://localhost:8443 which is what is indicated in the directions the page
that opens is for Apache Tomcat 7.0.68. The page also has a certificate error.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
