Hi Raphael,

You are seeing the certificate error since you are using a self signed 
certificate for the installation. You can go ahead and add the same as an 
exception in your browser.

For running the community app (the default user interface for Mifos platform) , 
ensure that the instructions under section “Drop Mifos into Tomcat folder” have 
been followed, especially the section around "2) Community-app to tomcat>>web 
apps folder”

If you are still facing errors in accessing the same, please share the 
following details on the list

a) Link to the application startup log
b) Sample response to calling a platform API, Ex: 
https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1/offices?tenantIdentifier=default&pretty=true
