Please test APIs running or not, paste https://[public
DNS]:<port>/fineract-provider/api/v1/offices?tenantIdentifier=default&pretty=true
URL in browser.
if it is local host and listening port 8443 then try
https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1/offices?tenantIdentifier=default&pretty=true
if this does not return the json with office data and gives any error
message then server is not started properly, then please share the server
logs for further investigation.
