Sorry to hear that your server was hacked. Dint you had taken Database
backup on daily basis and kept in your mail(Multiple storage units) or
outside the server? It's always recommended to store your daily database at
multiple locations(storage units) had created guide here -

I was just searching to help you to restore the data from mysql program

helps you, note this will be only useful if your mysql program data folder
have not been corrupted due to ransomware attack.
