Good Day Am running mifos x build 18.03.01 and am having a challenge of the system not showing the current loan balances for a particular month or day even if the loan products are configured to calculated per day or month this is affecting:
1. Loan Prepayment - if a clients wants to pay their full loan earlier hence the system will show the balance of the whole loan tenure not the current balance 2. Penalties - if the clients loan is overdue, the penalties should be charged on a daily basis using the current balance of the loan at a particular date this is not possible since it charges for the whole month 3. Loan Top Up / Loan Rollover - if a client wants to make a loan top up and close the current loan In all of the above situations we are doing the calculations manually but the main challenge is the balances will still remain in the system Anyone with a solution to the above problems, will be greatly appreciated Best Regards
