All three of your issues come down to your configuration. The balances however show to on your repayment schedule plus you can view those on the reports. Loan Prepayment - if a clients wants to pay their full loan earlier hence the system will show the balance of the whole loan tenure not the current balance 2. Penalties - if the clients loan is overdue, the penalties should be charged on a daily basis using the current balance of the loan at a particular date this is not possible since it charges for the whole month 3. Loan Top Up / Loan Rollover - if a client wants to make a loan top up and close the current loan In all of the above situations we are doing the calculations manually but the main challenge is the balances will still remain in the system Anyone with a solution to the above problems, will be greatly appreciated Best Regards
