I've never done it but I'm sure you will get disconnected but any reachability 
issues will be temporary. Until arp happens, times out of gets cleared. 

You can do all ports by changing ether1 to [find].

/int ethernet reset-mac-address [find]

You can issue this remotely. Also you can do the same thing with Winbox. 
There's a reset Mac button in the interface.
