A simple Script should be able to pull expiration dates - what are you using for radius?

Free Radius or just built in Tik ?

With radius and a script you could probably do it without much

is there some way that i make a hotspot user, who can use its
user-account for 2 weeks (not the hours, 2 weeks have ...just
        14 days total)
and then 1 or 2 days before the end i get an email, to check
        this user,
if he wants another 2 weeks
