If you want a quick & dirty, manual, not-very-scalable solution, you can:
1) use /ip hotspot ip-binding to assign specific IP addresses to hotspot devices 2) add the desired IPs to an address list with a 14d expiration 3) add /ip firewall filter rules to accept hotspot traffic only for IPs that are on the address list (redirect other hotspot traffic to a payment screen, or whatever) 14 days later, the IP is off the address list. If you find yourself thinking about extending this to include email notification etc., just break down and set up a RADIUS server. (We use RadiusManager.)
