I get customers all of the time, my customer can’t get 5 meg, why not they are 
complaining.

You look, the client is installed at -82, getting 24 meg RX rate.  24 / 2 is 
12,  so sure 12 meg ok..  but wait, now they are on 10 mhz, theres 12/ 2 again, 
so 6 meg, so that ONE client would get 6 meg if they were the ONLY client on 
the access point with no interference, btw, there is another 40 clients on the 
AP.  Guess what!  Getting 2-3 meg would be doing good.
