Also, I think the ones that do both (most) have the interface called
sfp-sfpplusX by default.

If I recall correctly. There was a group of CCR's that WOULD support
1gb SFP's in the SFP+ port. And a group of them that would NOT.
Something about if the port was named sfp+1 vs SFP-PLUS-1 or something
like that...
Plenty of language saying the 1C port supports 100Mb/s SFP's, As well
as Gig, But no language saying the SFP+ port would support anything
but 10G...
