Yep it should. I am using a 450 with connection tracking, pptp vpn server with routing to other subnets and have not had problem. This includes a basic firewall to protect the router itself. I also use one for routing from a server to another server with no problems. I also plan to use two of them in the email I sent reference pptp/eoip. I have not seen much on them so I really don't know how far you can push them. But for the small tasks like this, I have used them without any difficulty.
