My guy made a similar mistake when rebuilding a tower. He didn't put the k
in, so it was limiting customers to 2000 bits instead of 2000 kilobits.

If all you change is the rate and it breaks it the problem is likely
to be insufficient bandwidth for the page.
I don't see any rate on that export.
