If you're wanting someone to do it all Butch can and will for sure.

I believe all you need to do is set a static route, we'll say

ip route add destination=4.2.2.2/32 gateway=YOURGATEWAY

Then make a netwatch script that on down will:

*add eoip tunnel to other site
*add eoip tunnel to bridge interface

I'm only guessing how you're using your network, by the way.
