We are probably taking advantage of the tolerances built into the
spec to use what is available.  You could problably put a resistor
inline with the 7 volt rail to get 5v. It may not work for everything,
but 3.3v is working for me.  

To do it correctly, you can order the Power over USB injector from
MikroTik.  But that's yet another wall-wart at a yet another voltage
at the tower site, cutting down on your on-battery run time.
