I don't think the 750 has a serial cable.
I don't have the page, but I am pretty sure the MT wiki has netinstall instructions for devices without serial port.

I have always used ether1 (rb411, 133, 532) when doing netinstall. Might be
required, not sure.

You need to get into the bootloader with a serial cable. At that point you
tell it to boot pxe instead of ROM. The reset is for the OS config - not
bootloader.

Not much help here, but I think net install will only work on ether1. I
haven't had much luck with net install on win7 either. I haven't tried it
on
a 750, do they automatically check for net install??

Subject: [Mikrotik] netinstal rb750 windows7 64bit

I cant find this answer anywhere. I have an rb750, im running win7 64 bit
and trying to get netinstall to see this router, ive tried all 5 ports, i
have it checked in netbooting, ive not held the reset, ive held it until
act
flashes and ive held it until act flashes then stops. I have my firewall
off, no AV on this machine other than MBAM but its off, the cursor on the
pc
flashes when the router boots like it sees something, but never registers,
am I doind something wrong here?
net install is v5.7
