To my knowledge, there is no RouterOS based product that is certified up
to the 5.4 band.  I do know that some of the routerboard radios have
some certifications, but not sure the details.  I am almost 100% certain
there there is NO certification for the 5.4 band that requires DFS, but
it is possible that I am not up to date on that one.
