eBGP routes are installed into the router's routing table with a metric of 20 by default. OSPF routes are installed into the router's routing table with a metric of 110 by default. iBGP routes are installed into the router's routing table with a metric of 200 by default. The costs within the various routing protocols, only effect that protocol's selection between multiple possible routes within that protocol. I suspect you need to pick OSPF or BGP for the routes, not both. Which way is correct for your network? It depends on your network. -- Scott Lambert KC5MLE Unix SysAdmin [email protected] _______________________________________________ Mikrotik mailing list [email protected] http://mail.butchevans.com/mailman/listinfo/mikrotik Visit http://blog.butchevans.com/ for tutorials related to Mikrotik RouterOS
