Hoping to confirm a config that I've been researching and found on the MTik forums as well (http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=52302)

I have have two routers on opposite sides of my network and they create an EoIP tunnel over the internet between them - I use this as failover in the event my wireless between sites drops. I would like to implement IPSec to secure the traffic going across this tunnel and make me feel a little better about the setup.

From what I gathered, if I create the IPSec policy referencing the WAN IPs of both ends and utilizing transport mode (instead of tunnel mode), it should establish a secure link between the two sites and then establish the EoIP over that secure connection. Is this actually correct behavior or are there special steps I would need to take to accomplish this?

Thanks!
